REMEMBER ONE THING “if it wasn’t for the customer, you would have a job”. I’ve been noticing a lot of companies are putting their employee in training in how to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and also going above and beyond for the customer. That’s okay! As you can see with the economy the way it is, people are spending their money a lot wiser where they are getting the biggest bang for their buck and for the company that sells “service” the people re-evaluating the customer service, basically how the company is treating the customer and how the customer is being value by the company. I’ve learned in this day and age “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is “EVERYTHING,” you may or may not agree with me.
